Jade Blais

A graduate of the Université de Sherbrooke with a bachelor’s degree in physics and a master’s in mechanical engineering, Jade Blais began her career in basic science before turning to sustainable development issues. Her master’s research project focused on photovoltaics, so she put green energies on the back burner to focus on the circular economy. Having always been drawn to environments with special challenges, the Magdalen Islands immediately appealed to her. Her ability to assimilate information and the knowledge acquired during her academic career have allowed her to acquire a great deal of autonomy, which helps her tackle a wide range of challenges.
